Who we are

DAAVY Research is a trade name of Daavy Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company (Texas filing number 806723110), located in College Station, Texas 77845. Questions about these terms: [email protected].

Who can buy

Products are sold only to purchasers who are at least 21 years of age and who qualify as researchers as defined below. We do not knowingly sell to or collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that an order came from someone under 21, we will cancel it and refund it.

Qualified researcher

A qualified researcher is a person or organization that handles materials in a laboratory or similar research setting for analytical, identification, or in-vitro research, and understands that the materials are not for human or veterinary use. This includes laboratories, academic institutions, independent researchers working in a laboratory setting, and businesses supplying such laboratories.

At checkout you choose the category that applies to you (Laboratory, Academic Institution, Independent Researcher, or Business Institution / Affiliate) and state your research purpose. We may ask for more information about you, your organization, or your intended research use.

What you certify when you order

Before an order can be submitted, the buyer must tick each of the following statements:

• I am 21 years of age or older.
• I am a qualified researcher or institution purchasing for laboratory research use only.
• I understand these products are not for human consumption, medical use, or animal use, and are sold for laboratory research only.
• I take full responsibility for handling these materials and for following all applicable laws.
• I agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

We keep a dated record with each order of what the buyer certified, the version of this wording, the time, and the network address the order came from. We use it to review orders, prevent fraud, and respond to legal requests. It is covered by the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

Orders, review and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until we confirm it. We review every order against these terms before it ships. We may decline, cancel, or limit any order, including orders we cannot reasonably verify as research-only, orders with incomplete or inconsistent information, and orders that would exceed reasonable research quantities. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Prices, availability, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

Product documentation, including certificates of analysis, describes the tested lot and is provided for the buyer's laboratory records. It is not a promise of results in any particular experiment.

Prohibited use

You may not use any product for human or veterinary consumption, injection, or application, or for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease. You may not resell products for those purposes or make such claims about them. You are responsible for lawful receipt, storage, handling, and disposal, and for compliance with the laws and institutional requirements that apply to you.

Content on this site is educational and describes published research. It is not medical advice, and nothing here recommends any use of our products on people or animals.

Liability and governing law

To the extent the law allows, DAAVY Research is not liable for any use of a product outside the laboratory research use described here, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms and any order are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and an order is governed by the version in effect when it was placed.
